Planning Team

This part of the building is crucial and our planning team can guide you through the complexities of planning regulations. They have experience of working with relevant local authority planning departments, which avoids potential delay and problems at a later stage.

Construction Team

We deal with all areas of construction and our experienced builders and craftsmen hold specialised certifications. Qualifications are updated with regard to current building regulations and health and safety protocols.

They all take a pride in their work, much of which remains unseen at the completion of the project. Short cuts, which can often lead to serious problems at a later stage, are never taken and all levels of workmanship are delivered to a consistently high level.

Project Manager

This role is central to communicating with you and the other members of the design, planning and construction teams. Our project managers are knowledgeable about all matters relating to planning, design and construction.

They communicate and liaise with you throughout the whole process and thus negate any potential problems, which can occur when there is not a constant point of contact during the build.
